families and their professional advisors.That is why we created the Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) Program and Designation, a comprehensive standard of education and practices for the field of family enterprise advising.
IFEA understands the importance and relevance of effective and successful
business transitions for enterprising families, and aims to delve deeper underneath the much-debated
and ever-present recommendations around successful (or unsuccessful)
generational transition. We welcome a comprehensive and holistic approach to solutions for family enterprises
that include addressing challenges around succession, and continue to expand
beyond this common family business hurdle.
IFEA provides a forum for its members and other professionals in the
family enterprise space who wish to seek out other like-minded professionals
and resources, and are interested in engaging in dialogue, debate, and peer
